Love Beyond Occasions: Reclaiming Connection, Meaning, and Self-Worth
Mindset Plus, in collaboration with the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) – Riyadh, organized and conducted a *Psychological First Aid (PFA) training for the MWO team empowering them with essential skills to better assist Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in distress.
From understanding signs of stress to knowing how to respond with empathy and care, this session emphasized the Mindset Plus model:

- Link to support
This short training is meant to create a calm and supportive space for OFWs during a time when regional tensions may cause uncertainty or anxiety. Our focus is not on politics or news analysis. Instead, we focused on explaining how our minds and bodies react to stress and how we can stay emotionally steady and support one another.
Because even the first response can make a lasting difference.
