Recognizing that strong programs begin with healthy, supported people, the leadership of Vitamin Angels is taking a proactive step to foster a mentally healthy, supportive, and resilient work environment—one that enables staff to perform with excellence, compassion, and integrity.

In partnership with Mindset Plus, Vitamin Angels is investing in staff well-being through the following initiatives:

  • Assessing the mental and emotional well-being of staff using the Mindset Mental Health Wellness Scan
  • Providing individualized, confidential results and tailored recommendations to support personal well-being and early intervention
  • Strengthening organizational readiness through a full-day awareness and capacity-building session focused on staff welfare, stress and burnout prevention, and psychological safety

This initiative is being delivered through:

  • Mental Health Wellness Scanning using the Mindset Wellness Tool
  • A One-Day Orientation & Awareness Session
  • Customized training modules for both management and staff

Save the Children

Mindset Plus is providing technical assistance to Save the Children Philippines (SCP)- Project Mind in two schools in coordination with the the Department of Education in designing, packaging, and delivering Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Training of Trainers (ToT) modules and tools for parents, teachers, and community advocates. The content and structure of each module are informed by a series of FGDs conducted by SCP. Each module includes a set of essential skills and toolkits to enable participants to cascade the training to other groups of parents, teachers, and community members. Mindset Plus will also coach and supervise the cascading training events to ensure quality delivery and assess the performance of trained facilitators.

The pilot run of Project MIND’s Training of Trainers on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services has officially begun!

Delivered in partnership with Save the Children Philippines and facilitated by Mindset Plus, this initiative is designed to equip community support groups with the knowledge and skills to champion mental health and psychosocial well-being where it matters most — in their own neighborhoods.

Participants in this first training include single parents, senior citizens, urban farmers, LGBTQ+ advocates, faith-based leaders, and barangay officials — diverse community members united by a shared goal: to make mental health care accessible, inclusive, and sustainable at the grassroots level.

Together, through collaboration, capacity-building, and shared learning, we are nurturing communities that listen with empathy, care with compassion, and act with purpose for mental well-being.

Fiesta Tours and Travel

Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund Inc.

Mindset Plus has provided technical assistance to both Fiesta and the Philippine National Police in strengthening the mental health and well-being of their staff. Using a customized Mental Health Well-being Scan designed for each organization, Mindset Plus assessed both individual and collective mental health status. The tool was distributed to team members individually via email, with responses gathered through a secure process that ensured privacy and confidentiality. Outcomes were analyzed at both the individual and organizational levels, providing staff and management with insights into existing gaps, underlying factors, and potential interventions. These results offered evidence-based guidance that informed and shaped tailored interventions and activities, aligning responses with the specific needs of personnel and the priorities of each organization.
