THE MINDSET PLUS APPROACH RESPECT in every engagement
RESPECT: Seven principles that turn care into lasting resilience
RESPECT is more than a value. It is how we listen, collaborate, build capacity, strengthen systems, extend support, include every voice, and learn from our work.
Read the Reality
We begin with assessment, consultation, and local insight—understanding people's needs, strengths, risks, and existing support before proposing solutions.
In action: School mental-wellness assessments, stakeholder consultations, community dialogue, and needs-responsive program design.
Engage People in the Design
We create solutions with people, not simply for them. Partners and participants help shape programs that reflect their culture, context, and lived experience.
In action: Project MIND, school-based MHPSS, community engagement, and programs customized with institutional partners.
Strengthen Skills That Stay
We build the knowledge, confidence, and practical abilities of the people already supporting their schools, workplaces, institutions, and communities.
In action: Training-of-Trainers, Psychological First Aid, educator capacity-building, and training for community and frontline leaders.
Place Care Within Systems
We help partners integrate mental well-being into policies, programs, referral pathways, workplace practices, and everyday institutional structures.
In action: School-wide mental-health planning, organizational wellness systems, referral mechanisms, and policy and technical support.
Extend Care Beyond Boundaries
We bring support closer to people—across communities, institutions, digital platforms, workplaces, and national borders.
In action: OFW programs in Saudi Arabia, community-based activities, virtual webinars, and online school assessments.
Center Every Voice
We intentionally include children, young people, vulnerable communities, OFWs, and people whose experiences are too often overlooked.
In action: Programs involving single parents, senior citizens, urban farmers, LGBTQ+ advocates, faith-based groups, children, youth, and underserved communities.
Track, Learn, and Sustain
We use evidence, feedback, and reflection to improve our programs, demonstrate progress, and help partners sustain effective approaches over time.
In action: Data-informed planning, participant feedback, program review, outcome monitoring, and continuing technical support.
