Clients: Fiesta Tours and Travel · Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund Inc. · Philippine National Police
Product: A customized Mental Health Well-being Scan, distributed to team members individually by email through a secure process that ensured privacy and confidentiality.
Activity: Outcomes analysed at both individual and organisational level, giving staff and management insight into gaps, underlying factors and potential interventions — evidence-based guidance that shaped tailored interventions for each organisation.

Clients: Save the Children Philippines (SCP) · Project MIND · in coordination with the Department of Education
Product: Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Training of Trainers (ToT) modules and toolkits for parents, teachers and community advocates, informed by a series of FGDs conducted by SCP.
Activity: Technical assistance in two schools; Mindset Plus will also coach and supervise the cascading training events and assess the performance of trained facilitators.

Client: Vitamin Angels — a global public health nonprofit improving nutrition and health outcomes for underserved populations.
Product: Mental Health Wellness Scanning using the Mindset Wellness Tool, with individualized confidential results and tailored recommendations.
Activity: A One-Day Orientation & Awareness Session plus customized training modules for management and staff, focused on staff welfare, stress and burnout prevention, and psychological safety.
Partner: Action for Health Initiatives (ACHIEVE) Inc. — co-designing and implementing programs that strengthen Mental Health and Psychosocial Support systems at individual, organisational and community levels, with a focus on people living with HIV and TB and other vulnerable groups, and on building the capacity of frontline workers, educators, service providers and community-based organisations.

Client: Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Riyadh — Philippine Embassy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Activity: Mindset Plus and MWO Riyadh Build Mental Health Capacity Among Foreign Recruitment Agencies (FRA) Welfare Officers — 23 May 2026, an in-person capacity-building session on Psychological First Aid for 54 Welfare Desk Officers representing 54 Foreign Recruitment Agencies.
Activity: Capacity Building on Psychological First Aid for MWO Personnel — PFA training for the MWO team, equipping them to better assist Overseas Filipino Workers in distress.
Product: Staying Grounded Together: Mindset Plus Support for OFWs — individual and group-based support combining confidential one-on-one guidance and counselling with interactive wellness circles, awareness sessions and practical tools for managing stress in challenging environments.

Clients: Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Riyadh — Philippine Embassy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia · Philippine National Police · Department of Education
Product: A signed Memorandum of Understanding with MWO Riyadh covering counselling and psychosocial support services, training and capacity-building for MWO frontline staff, and stronger support and referral systems for individuals facing stress and challenging situations.
Activity: Technical assistance to the Philippine National Police through a customized Mental Health Well-being Scan, analysed at both individual and organisational level to guide tailored interventions.
Activity: Project MIND technical assistance in two schools, delivered with Save the Children Philippines in coordination with the Department of Education.

Client: Project MIND community Training of Trainers, delivered in partnership with Save the Children Philippines and facilitated by Mindset Plus.
Participants: Single parents, senior citizens, urban farmers, LGBTQ+ advocates, faith-based leaders, and barangay officials.
Activity: Equipping community support groups with the knowledge and skills to champion mental health and psychosocial well-being in their own neighborhoods.

Activity: From Uncertainty to Resilience: Supporting 300+ OFWs in Saudi Arabia Through the Mindset Psychological Framework — a 90-minute virtual Mental Wellness Support Circle attended by more than 300 OFWs across Saudi Arabia and nearby Gulf countries, convened with MWO Riyadh.
Event: Changing the Narrative on Suicide: Safe Spaces, Strong Voices — 27 September 2025, held virtually. Over 300 participants from the Philippines and abroad, including the National Center for Mental Health, the Department of Education, youth organisations, faith-based groups, local government units and the academic sector.
Event: Beyond Compliance: Building School-Based Mental Health Programs That Work — a webinar on moving school mental-health programs past RA 12080 compliance into program design, staff training, student-services integration and wellness monitoring.

Partner: Academy for International Development — Middle East and North Africa Region and Türkiye (AID-MENA/TÜRK)
Product: A strategic partnership to co-design and implement programs that strengthen Mental Health and Psychosocial Support systems at individual, organisational and community levels, and to embed them within community development, organisational initiatives and institutional capacity-building.
Focus: Sectors and geographies across the Middle East, particularly post-conflict countries — alongside standing work with crisis-affected, displaced and rural communities, survivors of violence and abuse, and media training on covering mental health in crisis and humanitarian contexts.
